The Things we Sacrifice for Answers

I used to be really good at math.

Until I heard Joan Rivers call a dress so ugly that it looked like it would be good at math.

So I consciously forgot how to add 2 + 2.

Incapable of doing basic math did wonders to my face.

I looked fantastic!

Then, the other day I saw this sign hanging up in a classroom:

It moved me.

And it made me remember why I loved math: quantifiable solutions.

Today, my calculations are more accurate, but I’m not as good looking.

In order to uncover answers, sometimes you need to make big sacrifices.
